Choice Dental Inc (“we”, “us”) is a dental laboratory. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our e-warranty platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account details: your name, email address and, for dental professionals, clinic name, mobile number and licence number.
• Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Warranty information: details of your dental restoration (type, material, tooth number, dates) and your treating dentist.
• Claims: the description, photos and documents you upload when you submit a warranty claim, and messages exchanged about it.
• Contact enquiries: the details you enter in our contact form.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the service secure.

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To issue, activate and manage digital warranties for restorations made by our laboratory.
• To review and resolve warranty claims together with your dentist.
• To send service emails, such as sign-in codes, warranty activation and expiry reminders, and claim updates.
• To answer your enquiries and to protect the service against misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to provide the service:

• With your treating dentist, who can see warranties and claims for their own patients.
• With service providers that host and run the platform on our behalf (for example, database, authentication, file storage, website hosting and email delivery providers), under their own security and privacy commitments.
• Where required by law.

If you choose “Continue with Google”, we use the information Google shares (name, email address and profile picture) only to create and sign in to your account on this platform. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as described above.

We keep warranty and claim records for as long as the warranty is relevant and as required for our records and legal obligations. In-app notifications are removed automatically after one year. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at choicedentalinc@gmail.com.

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and claim files are kept in private storage that only authorised users can open. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
