How the E-Warranty works
The Choice Dental E-Warranty follows five steps: QR code → warranty activation → digital warranty record → verification → claim.
The laboratory issues a warranty card with a QR code for each eligible restoration. The patient scans it to activate the warranty, which is then stored as a digital record. Anyone with the warranty ID can verify it, and when a problem arises the treating dentist opens the claim option so the patient can submit a claim, which is reviewed with the dentist.
Privacy by design
Public verification shows only restoration details — restoration type, issue date, expiry, warranty period, status and the laboratory.
Patient and dentist details are shown only in the secure doctor and patient portals after sign-in, protected by authentication and database row-level security. Warranty records and portals are excluded from search engines.

What is the Choice Dental E-Warranty?
A digital warranty for eligible restorations made by Choice Dental, a dental laboratory in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It replaces the paper card with an online record of the restoration, issue date, expiry date and status.
How does a patient activate the warranty?
By scanning the QR code on the warranty card and signing in with an email code or Google. The warranty then appears in the patient’s account.
How can a dentist verify a warranty?
Enter the warranty ID on the Verify Warranty page. It shows the restoration type, issue date, expiry date, warranty period and status — never patient details.
How is a warranty claim made?
The patient contacts their dentist, who opens the claim option for that warranty. The patient then submits the claim online with photos and a description, and the laboratory reviews it together with the treating dentist.
Is patient information public?
No. Public verification shows restoration details only. Patient information is visible only in the patient’s own portal after secure sign-in, and warranty records are not indexed by search engines.
