Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Choice Dental Inc website, the doctor and patient portals, and the e-warranty platform (together, the “service”). By using the service you agree to them.

• Patients sign in with an email code or a Google account. Dental professionals receive an account from the laboratory or sign in with Google, subject to approval.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are misused or that provide false information.

• Each warranty covers the specific restoration it was issued for, for the period shown on the warranty card.
• A warranty is linked to the patient who activates it and cannot be transferred.
• Cover, exclusions and remedies follow the warranty terms shown for that restoration and the laboratory’s decision after reviewing a claim.
• Public warranty verification shows limited, non-personal details only.

Claims are opened by the treating dentist and must then be submitted through the platform with accurate information. We may ask for further details or photos, and we will review each claim with the treating dentist before deciding on repair, replacement or another resolution.

Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content. Uploaded files must relate to your restoration or claim.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. The date above shows when these terms last changed.
